YackTrack is a social media monitor and conversation tracker though mainly targeted for content producers any one can join in for comments on the content. Content producers get the benefit as YackTrack monitors Blogger/Blogspot, Digg, Disqus, FriendFeed, Google Blog Search, Google Reader, Identi.ca, IntenseDebate, Mixx, Reddit, StumbleUpon, Technorati, Twitter, TypePad/MoveableType and WordPress blogs for URLs and blog posts making it possible to search at one platform. YackTrack has recently changed the look of its blog pages so you can see the Yackability score for the entire blog along with the new social activity chart. The navigation is cleaner wit the Keyword queries and blog post details having the same basic overview information and social activity chart. The difference for queries is that you see the listing of comments or shares from the various social services and the display of those comments has not been changed yet. YackTrack does have an API and also there is an extended RSS format and a JSON format. The YackTrack RSS feeds are mostly standard RSS 2.0 with some custom elements to describe the comment concept.
